KRISTEN KUDREWICZ has enjoyed teaching at Cecil Dancenter since 2007 and has studied dance for fourteen years, most recently at East Carolina University. She has extensive stage experience and has choreographed presentations for the YPTP at Cecil College. Ms. Kudrewicz was a principal dancer with Dance Matrix under the direction of Janaea Rose Lynn and has received intensive classes and workshops in Hip-Hop from master teachers at Illadelphia Legends of Hip-Hop in Philadelphia. She has studied with Rodney Hill, Tweety, Buddha Stretch, Rennie Harris, Brian Green, and B-boy Cesa. She is excited to offer her knowledge of hip hop and it's cardio benefits! |

Shay Robb, RYT, has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. She completed the 200-hour level teacher training program at Love Yoga Center in Oxford in March of 2008, under the direction of Melissa Henry, ERYT, IAYT. Shay has a background in dance in addition to other types of moving physical fitness activities (aerobics, kickboxing, etc.), Shay was introduced to hatha yoga as a student on campus at the University of Delaware and quickly discovered what a life-transforming practice yoga can be. Yoga has taken Shay through two beautiful pregnancies and amazing natural birth experiences. It has also led her to improved health, deeper body awareness and a balanced state of mind. She looks forward to sharing the amazing benefits of yoga with more students in the Cecil County area with a mix of classic poses, breath awareness, and a focus on energetic flow. Shay also teaches classes at the Elkton YMCA and Love Yoga Center in Oxford, PA.

Dawn Keithly-Spencer has been teaching aerobics since 1985 when she began instructing at the Elkton Spa lady at the age of 16. From the first beat of the music she loved every minute of it and became a Certified Fitness Instructor with ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 1992. A year later Dawn followed that with her certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and in 1994 received her certificate as a Personal Trainer, both from the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). After teaching and training at various area clubs, she opened her own studio in Elkton in 1993. A few years later, Dawn began offering private lessons and specializes in high/low impact floor aerobics, step aerobics, interval training, kickboxing, and weight training. After 22 years, millions of crunches, tons of weights lighted, and thousands of classes taught, she still loves to hear that beat! |

TINA TRAVERS is the owner of Cecil Dancenter and Cecil Fitness Center. She received her B.A. Degree in Dance Education from Goucher College in 1989 and has been teaching dance for twenty-four years. Tina has taught dance at various studios and colleges was a dance specialist for the Cecil County Public Schools through the CREATE grant where she assisted in writing their K-12 dance curriculum and the integrated arts curriculum. A life-long supporter of healthy lifestyles, Tina wanted to broaden fitness opportunities for the community and established Cecil Fitness Center. She attended intensive training courses in Pilates at the Body Arts and Science International in Washington, DC and loves to share her knowledge with her students. She has previously taught classes in aerobics and jazzercise and currently teaches all of the Pilates classes offered through Cecil Fitness Center. |
